This autumn will see the first running of what is planned to be an annual event for the Slough business community, the Slough Masters.
The Slough Masters will set new standards for a business golfing event, with individuals playing for the coveted Scarlet Jacket, to be awarded annually to the competition winner. And the Slough Masters is also aiming to set new records for charitable support.
In 2009, our charity is SHOC – Slough Homeless Our Concern – for whom the event will aim to raise more than £15,000.
Supporters of the 2009 event include sponsors Kinnarps, SEGRO and United Business Machines.
The 2009 Slough Masters will take place on Wednesday 23 September, at the historic Burnham Beeches Golf Club, just north of central Slough. The Slough Masters is being run by Uphoria Events, which has an established track record of running successful business golfing events.
